A welcome party was held for freshly enrolled students at Islamia College University, Peshawar (ICU) on Monday. While addressing students on the occasion, ICU Vice Chancellor Dr Habib Ahmad said students should concentrate on achieving the highest standards in every walk of life. He added no nation can be independent unless its people are educated. For female students, he said they should excel in their fields as that leads to a brighter future for the country.
