Family dispute: Two men killed outside court
The alleged killer, Malik Mohammad Zaheer, was Nadeem’s brother-in-law
HYDERABAD:
Two brothers, Malik Mohammad Nadeem and Malik Juma Khan, were shot dead in an armed attack outside the Hyderabad district and sessions court on Monday. The alleged killer, Malik Mohammad Zaheer, was Nadeem’s brother-in-law. According to the Cantt police, Nadeem and Khan, who is reportedly nominated in several police cases, were returning in their car after attending a hearing in the civil court when Zaheer, who came in a Suzuki van, opened fire on them near Tarazu Chowk, adjacent to the main entrance of the sessions court. The suspect was arrested on the spot. The families of Zaheer and Nadeem lodged FIR’s against each other in the Baldia police station reportedly due to a marital dispute between Nadeem and his wife.
