A bench of the Sindh High Court issued notices to the provincial government in a petition filed by Waseem Ahmed and 77 other growers of Jati, Mirpur Bathoro and Thatta.
The petitioners said that the government pledged to provide fertiliser to them since they are flood survivors but no one has approached them. After hearing initial arguments, the bench ordered issuance of pre-admission notices for Feb 17.
