ISLAMABAD: A woman was shot and injured by police within the Margalla police jurisdiction on Sunday.
The police team at a checkpoint in Sector E-9 opened fire at a woman after she did not stop when the police team signalled her to stop.
She was taken to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences. The identity of the woman could not be ascertained yet.
