Overcoming Water Shortage: Installation of tube wells announced

The IMC Acting Mayor, Azam Khan, also visited Sangjani and Sara-e-Kharbooza underpasses on Monday

ISLAMABAD: In order to resolve water shortage, Islamabad Metropolitan Corporation (IMC) acting mayor has announced to install two tube wells in UC-48 Sara-e-Kharbooza. He said a comprehensive strategy had been devised to overcome water shortage in union councils, Sara-e-Kharbooza, Shah Allah Ditta, Jhangi, Badahana and Tarnol. The IMC Acting Mayor, Azam Khan, also visited Sangjani and Sara-e-Kharbooza underpasses on Monday and directed the concerned departments to immediately drain out water accumulated in the underpasses after recent rains.
