Distance learning: AIOU to facilitate overseas Pakistanis

ISLAMABAD:
Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has prepared a unique plan of providing educational facilities to the Pakistani diaspora, predominantly targeting those living in the Middle East.
The endeavour comprises providing online study material and arranging examination facilities in their respective countries, said a press release issued here on Sunday.
The university has announced its admission schedule for overseas Pakistanis living in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, the UAE, Sultanate of Oman and Bahrain.
Potential applicants stationed in these countries could submit their admission forms along with the prescribed fee within the stipulated date.
