Pak air force called in to control Quetta fire

Pakistan air force was called in to put out a deadly fire that broke out in a busy commercial area of Quetta on Friday.
More than 300 shops have been completely destroyed in the resulting fire. Eight firefighters fainted while trying to extinguish the fire that broke out due to a short circuit and is still going on. Traders claim they suffered losses worth millions of rupees.
Senior Provincial Minister Maulana Abdul Wasay and Commissioner Nasim Lehri have visited the area to monitor the rescue efforts.
