An Afghan national was arrested on complaint of NADRA for interfering into their affairs in Ghallanai.
An official privy to the development told The Express Tribune an Afghan national tried to exert pressure on NADRA officials through tribal elders to verify their CNICs. As a result, NADRA officials stopped working in protest. When the situation worsened, Assistant Political Agent Haseebur Rehman intervened and ordered arrest of the Afghan national and others.
