Killing: Man guns down nephew
HARIPUR:
A man shot dead his nephew and also injured one of the latter’s domestic help on Shakar Shah Road in Haripur on Monday. The reasons for the act were not known till this report was filed. The police claimed to have arrested the accused. According to the police, the deceased, Syed Rahat Hussain Shah, a resident of Khalabat Township, gave a statement before his death. In it, the murdered man accused his paternal uncle Khitab Hussain Shah to have opened fire at him while Syed Rahat was opening his shop. He was injured after being shot, but succumbed to the gunshots while being shifted to Ayub Medical Complex, Abbottabad.
