Recreational Facilities: Islamabad city govt to upgrade parks

Islamabad Mayor Sheikh Anser Aziz has vowed to upgrade and improve all parks in the city to provide quality entertainment facilities to the residents. During a visit to Ankara Park here on Monday, he said that the Islamabad Metropolitan Corporation (IMC) would use all available resources to start environment-friendly initiatives to provide quality entertainment to the residents. Officials brief the mayor about the Ankara Park, spreading over 23 acres, which had been dedicated to the friendly ties between Turkey and Pakistan.
