Children’s hospital: Allowance for nurses approved

LAHORE: Nurses of the Children’s Hospital will receive a Rs3,000 to Rs3,500 allowance per month after the administration approved the adhoc relief allowance.

The medical director of the hospital, Dr Ahsan Waheed Rathore, said that the paper work had been sent to the auditor general’s office so that the changes could be incorporated in the nurses’ salaries. “Three hundred and eighty nurses are already receiving this allowance while others will start getting it soon,” he said.
