Aftermath: Power supply suspended in Bannu

BANNU: Locals have complained that power supply to Bannu district has been suspended for two days after electricity poles fell following heavy rainfall on Wednesday.

As per the residents, Wapda officials failed to restore electricity even after 48 hours. Many of them have also been facing an acute water shortage.

They urged the government to take notice of the situation and resolve it on an urgent basis.
