A new plan of action has been adopted to eradicate poliovirus from Pakistan and Afghanistan – the last two Muslim countries where the virus continues to thrive. This was stated in a handout issued by FATA Secretariat on Thursday. The scheme has been devised by Islamic Advisory Group (IAG).
