PESHAWAR:
The counter-terrorism department (CTD) of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) police has claimed to have arrested two suspects from Peshawar, allegedly working for an Afghan spy agency.
“Both Ateequllah and Abdul Saboor, who were arrested from Peshawar, belong to Afghanistan and were working for a foreign spy agency,” a statement said on Wednesday.

Police have also recovered a 3kg bomb, hand grenades and other weapons from the possession of the accused, the communiqué added.

While further investigation is underway, a case has been registered against the accused.
