Non-Payment Of Bills: Lake View Park plunges into darkness
ISLAMABAD:
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (Iesco) has disconnected the supply of electricity to the Lake View Park due to non-payment of bills. Visitors complained about the inconvenience they faced as a result. An official of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), when asked about the issue, informed the APP that the civic body had made arrangements to pay the pending bill. Waleed Khan, a visitor, demanded somebody think of the people who come to the park, and said that he and his family no longer continue their daily walks there as it is now engulfed in darkness.
