Clarification: ‘Didn’t allow Hajj without mehrams’
The spokesperson said news reports published in a section of the press is contrary to the facts of the matter

Lahore High Court has not issued any order allowing Shia women to perform Hajj without mehrams, a court spokesperson said on Tuesday. The spokesperson said news reports published in a section of the press in this regard were contrary to the facts of the matter. He said the court had adjourned hearing of the case till October 14 giving time to the Hajj director to file his reply on the petition filed by Syed Ali Hadi Kausar.
