Your stars today

Aries | March 20 – April 19

During the eight weeks while your ruler Mars has been in the analytical Scorpio, you’ve learnt a lot. However, each step has been painstaking if not dull. Consequently you’ll be relieved to learn that Mars’ move into your fellow fire sign of Sagittarius will speed up the pace and lighten the mood.

Taurus | April 20 – May 20

Although you rarely think of it, you have an instinctive sense of when others need to deal with matters at their own pace versus those situations in which haste isn’t just important, it’s essential. However, because you’re short of facts, in certain matters there’s no choice but to bide your time.

Gemini | May 21 – June 20

Patience isn’t exactly your strength. Even if you’re short of facts, you can usually find ways around obstacles or difficult individuals. But not only are you urged to take it slowly, the information you need will surface, and usually in unexpected ways. For now, watch, look and listen. Decisions can wait.

Cancer | June 21 – July 21.

When you made certain commitments, life was different and so was your setup, financially and otherwise. Now things have changed and so, too, must these arrangements. You’re not alone in the need to conduct such a review. Rather than try to figure it out yourself, talk things through with those involved.

Leo |  July 22 – August 22

The power of recent planetary activity involving your ruler the Sun, practical Saturn, Venus and inventive Uranus, can’t be underestimated. Still, setbacks could obscure their benefits. Ironically, they’re prompting you to say farewell to longstanding but increasingly obstructive arrangements. This isn’t just wise, you’re clearing the way for those thrilling developments.

Virgo | August 23 – September 22

For you, as a Virgo, planning ahead relieves anxiety. However, recently, it’s seemed the more you’ve planned, the more you’ve had to rethink, if not reorganise things entirely. Unsettling and, at times, annoying as this has been, it’s also meant you were ready for last minute changes as welcome as they were unexpected.

Libra | September 23 – October 22

There’s no denying it. Recent setbacks were annoying, if not upsetting. Yet now that you’ve had a chance to think things through, you’re beginning to realise these are forcing everybody, including you, to reconsider arrangements you’ve regarded as well organised. Once, they were. But times have changed and so, too, must these.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

Because you make plans in detail, they rarely need to be changed. But not everybody is as thorough. This applies to certain individuals who’ve been careless before, and you fear are again now. Actually, that’s not true. Sudden developments of which you’re unaware have thrown their carefully organised arrangements into utter disarray.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 20

Between early March and late June, the dynamic Mars was in Sagittarius, which boosted your spirits and energy. It then moved into the most reflective portion of your chart, triggering a challenging but informative review. Now that Mars has returned to your sign, you’ll be able to turn those insights into action.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 19

While, obviously you’d rather tackle certain persistent issues now, it’s far too early. The actual situation is in flux, or you’re short of facts, or both. In a week’s time, when Mercury brilliantly aspects Pluto, which is positioned in Capricorn, you’ll be able to discuss these frankly. Until then, say the minimum.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 17

Every New Moon is about a fresh perspective. This is especially true now, as you’re undoubtedly noticing. This alone will be helpful. It’s also preparing you for the most important day of the month, which is the Aquarius Full Moon, on the 18th, when those changes merge into a single vision.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

Usually, sudden developments or a last minute change of heart can throw plans into disarray. But judging by the current unsettled planetary setup, most of what’s been organised is in flux anyway. Knowing that, add your own ideas and requests to the mix. The odds are good they’ll be well received.
