PITB Chairman Umar Saif gave a presentation on the E-Rozgar programme.
Saif said the PITB would be set up E-Rozgar centres across the province. He said the programme would train 10,000 graduates this year.
He said a fully-equipped computer lab was being established in each district.
“These labs will remain open round-the-clock throughout the week and provide access to digital content across the globe,” he said.
He said the training would start early in September.
O’Donmell appreciated the efforts of the PITB. She said, “The World Bank believes in strengthening the youth economically. We strongly support entrepreneurship programmes in developing countries like Pakistan.
The E-Roazgar programme has immense potential to bring down unemployment in the province.”
