Pregnant woman shot dead by husband in suspected 'honour killing'
Accused opened fire on his wife after suspecting she was having an illicit affair with another man; he is on the run
SHANGLA:
A pregnant woman was killed in an alleged honour killing by her husband on Friday in the Dandai area of Besham Tehsil, Shangla.
The accused named Naseeb opened fire on his pregnant wife Minat Sajjida over suspicious of illegitimate relations with another man, police said. Naseeb fled the scene along with his brother Mujeeram Khan soon after the killing.
A report has been filed by the deceased's brother against the culprits.

SHO Dandai Police Muhammad Afzal said that a team has been formed to investigate the matter and search operations are also underway to arrest the killers.
