LAHORE: Punjab offers lucrative and low-risk opportunities for investors in energy, agriculture, livestock and dairy development, mines and minerals, tourism and infrastructure, Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab Commissioner Afzaal Bhatti said on Friday.During a meeting with Pakistan’s Ambassador to the UAE Asif Durrani in Dubai, Bhatti said the provincial government had a positive policy framework to attract foreign and domestic investment. He said Overseas Pakistanis living in Dubai should invest in the Punjab. He said the commission provided technical assistance to those wanting to invest in the province. “The OPC has been playing its role of solving problems faced by Overseas Pakistanis.” Deputy Head of Mission Faisal Aziz and OPC Nankana Sahib chairman Muhammad Shafi were also present on the occasion.
