Bereavement: The Express Tribune staffer grieved

The father of The Express Tribune sub-editor, Siham Basir, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, after a brief illness. Major (retd) Nahas Basir, son of late Brigadier MA Basir, was in the armed forces 24th Cavalry (FF) till 1992 and also worked in the telecommunications sector. His funeral prayers will be held today at Mubarak Masjid, Khayaban-e-Bahria near Sea View, after Juma prayers. Kindly pray for the family to have patience to deal with this unbearable loss.
