Acknowledgment: NHMP is a service-oriented force, says IG
The National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP) is a service-oriented force and the provision of prompt help to distressed road users is its hallmark, NHMP IG Shaukat Hayat said on Wednesday.
The IG was speaking to officials at a police darbar organised at the Motorway Chowk, Islamabad.
The IG said that a complaint cell had been set up to look into the grievances of the general public. He added that the field staff would be provided logistical support to enhance their efficiency so they might better serve the public.
