Condemning the “illegal arrest” of their leader, the MQM in a statement said Khan had cardiac problems, and urged the army chief and the prime minister to take action against the “unlawful detention”.
“Instead of taking action against the security personnel who are behind extra-judicial killing of our workers, the LEAs are arresting party’s leader and lodging fake cases against them,” the statement added.
