City hospitals: Ban imposed on encroachments
The order will be enforced for a period of 30 days unless modified or withdrawn
PESHAWAR:
The Peshawar district administration has imposed a ban on all sorts of encroachments in front of hospitals in the city. The action was taken as the encroachments were hindering the flow of traffic and creating difficulties in transporting patients to the facilities. A handout issued on Monday stated the ban has also been imposed on rickshaws and taxi cabs standing in front of the hospitals in Peshawar. It read anyone found violating the orders will be dealt with under Section 188 of the Pakistan Penal Code and would be awarded punishment. The order will be enforced for a period of 30 days unless modified or withdrawn.
