Reckless driving: Dozens of ‘one-wheelers’ granted bail
LAHORE:
Magisterial courts granted bail to dozens of motorcyclists arrested during Eid holidays.
Muslim Town, Nawab Town, Gulberg, Ghalib Market, Ichhra police produced the suspects before the courts on Saturday. Their counsel pleaded that they had been implicated in false cases.
They said that their clients were detained illegally and were not produced before courts despite the passage of 24 hours. Police said that the accused had been brought before courts on registration of the FIRs. They said that they had been arrested for reckless driving.
