‘Extorted’ donations: 75 arrested for forced Fitra collection
The Rangers spokesperson said that the 75 criminals were affiliated with banned outfits

Rangers claimed to have arrested 75 men for illegally collecting donations on Eidul Fitr. According to the spokesperson of the paramilitary force, the Rangers conducted targeted raids against criminals involved in forced Fitra collection and extortion in Gulshan-e-Jauhar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Dalmia, Landhi, Quaidabad, North Nazimabad and Liaquatabad. The Rangers spokesperson said that the 75 criminals were affiliated with banned outfits. Weapons, ammunition and Fitrana books were also recovered from their possession, he added.
