Death Threats: Man seeks FIR against woman
The buyer said he would pay the rest of the money after he got the motorcycle’s registration documents

An additional district and sessions judge on Monday sought comments from Sabzazar SHO on a petition filed by a man seeking the registration of case against a woman for threatening to kill him. Petitioner Junaid Abbas told the court that Laila Naaz, a singer, had asked him to sell a motorcycle which she had purchased on installments. “I sold her motorcycle. She was given a part of the payment. The buyer said he would pay the rest of the money after he got the motorcycle’s registration documents. Naaz did not provide the documents, but insisted on full payment. Later, she started threatening to kill me,” he said. He said he had asked police to get register a case against Naaz, but they had refused.
