Man turns sister-in-law and niece out of their own house
A man encroached upon his sister-in-law’s house and removed her from the premises.

A man encroached upon his sister-in-law’s house and removed her from the premises.
According to police officials, Chak-Jhumra resident Rubina is a widow and works as a primary school teacher.
Rubina told police officials that her husband had died in a traffic accident seven year’s ago and that her husband’s older brother Mansha had begun living with them shortly after his death. Mansha allegedly prepared fake documents for Rubina’s house and on Tuesday he seized control of the property and turned her out.
Rubina said that Mansha had even refused to hand over her belongings and none of her relatives are willing to provide her with shelter.
Rubina has a nine-year-old daughter and said that she could not afford to purchase a new house and that she had approached the police for help in getting a case registered against Mansha.
“I cannot afford legal fees to take this matter to court and I am currently on the streets,” Rubina said, adding that two days ago she and her daughter had sought refuge in a Dar-ul Aman.
