7am: Everyday I wake-up at around 7:30am.
8 am: At 8am, I hit the gym, where I have a two-hour long, rigorous work-out routine. This is the only time I get to spend with myself the entire day.
10 am: After the gym, the first thing I need to do is freshen up and get ready for the day.
11 am: I have breakfast with my family, which includes my mother, wife and daughter; then I head to whichever shoot I have scheduled.
1 pm: During my lunch break, I either eat food that is made for me from home, or eat out with my co-workers. I like to keep my lunch very healthy and light. It usually consists of either roast chicken, or mutton with a bowl of low-calorie salad and a glass or two of fresh juice.
3 pm: Still at shoot. I’m usually at shoots till 9:30pm, six days a week. Even though my schedule is packed throughout the week, on Sundays I get plenty of time to relax and hang out with my family and friends. Also, I absolutely love playing cricket! Aijaz Aslam, Yasir Mazhar, Naveed Raza and I have been playing cricket on weekends for many years now, and I find that it is the best way to connect with my friends.
5 pm: As my shoot hours are long, coffee is a necessity. I have to confess that I am a coffee person through and through. This is definitely evident from my usual order, a double shot cappuccino with skim milk and no sugar.
10pm: Once I’m back from work, I have dinner with my family and try giving individual attention to each of my family members.
11 pm: By 11:30pm I am in bed. Although it usually takes me about an hour after getting into bed to actually fall asleep!
