Next door: Man seeks FIR against neighbours

LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge (ADSJ) on Friday sought comments from the Nishtar Colony SHO on a petition filed by a man seeking a case against some of his neighbours for roughing up the petitioner and his wife. Petitioner Sardar Muhammad submitted that on June 5, his neighbours had damaged the front wall at his house by throwing rocks at it. He said when his wife forbade them from doing so they had threatened the couple with dire consequences. He said they had later entered their house and beaten him and his wife with batons.  The petitioner requested the court to order the SHO to register an FIR against them.
