Nabbed: Three arrested in Charsadda
The DSP said all three men were wanted by the police in Mardan, Peshawar and Swabi
CHARSADDA:
At least three people have been arrested in Charsadda over their involvement in various criminal cases.
This was shared by Charsadda DSP Nazir Khan at a news conference at City police station on Sunday.
“The police received a tip-off three days ago about the whereabouts of Muhammad Ishaq, who was involved in car thefts,” he said. “His house was raided and he was arrested.”
According to the DSP, eight unregistered vehicles and forged documents were seized from his possession.”
He added two of his aides were also arrested.
“They have been identified as Zakriya and Daud Khan,” he said. “Their whereabouts were disclosed by Ishaq upon further interrogation.”
The DSP said all three men were wanted by the police in Mardan, Peshawar and Swabi.
“They have been
involved in various cases of vehicle theft, murder, attempted murder and robbery,” he said.
According to Nazir, the police have registered cases against the suspects.
