Attempted Land-Grabbing: Two booked
When he resisted, they beat him up and threatened him of dire consequences

The Tarnol police have booked two persons for allegedly attempting to take hold of flat owned by a man. Sajid Mahmood, a resident of Sector D-13, lodged a complaint with the local police that Abid Khan, Yusuf Khan and their three accomplices turned up at his flat, pressured him to vacate the quarter. According to him, when he resisted, they beat him up and threatened him of dire consequences. According to the complainant, they also took away with them valuables worth Rs0.7 million from the flat. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
