He requested the court to direct the SHO to register an FIR against him
LAHORE:
An additional district and sessions judge on Friday sought comments from the Sundar SHO on a petition filed by a factory worker seeking a case against his employer for not giving him the compensation promised after he lost one of his hands while operating a machine. Muhammad Shabbir submitted that he had lost his hand on March 1, 2013. He said his employer had assured him that he would finance the education of his children. He said the factory owner had also promised to raise his salary. Shabbir said his employer had not kept his word. He said that when he recently asked for the compensation, his employer had threatened to kill him. He requested the court to direct the SHO to register an FIR against him.
