Filling the gaps: Judicial officers in K-P transferred

Bannu ADS judge Usman Bashir Khan has been posted as Swabi additional district and sessions judge

PESHAWAR: The chief justice and judges of Peshawar High Court ordered the postings and transfers of various judicial officers with immediate effect for public interest. This was stated in an order issued by PHC on Thursday.

Bannu additional district and session judge Usman Bashir Khan has been posted as Swabi additional district and sessions judge. Similarly, Swabi additional district and sessions judge Malik Amjad Rahim was transferred and posted as the Peshawar additional district and session judge.

Senior civil judge/A’ala Illaga Chitral Ajmal Tahir was transferred and posted as Battagram senior civil judge. Tank civil judge-cum-judicial magistrate Muhammad Ghayyas Khan was transferred and posted as Swabi civil judge-cum-judicial magistrate. Meanwhile, Swabi civil judge-cum-judicial magistrate Shahid Mehmood was transferred and posted as civil judge-cum-judicial magistrate Lahor.
