Lawyers observed a strike on Monday to mourn the killing of Gujrat Bar Association member Advocate Sajid Javed. Javed and his friend were shot dead by unidentified motorcyclists in Gujrat on Saturday. Faisalabad DBA secretary Azhar Hanif said they had gone on a strike on Punjab Bar Council’s call.
