Rape reported : Culprits forcing family into compromise
The injured were rushed to the hospital in Paharipura where they are said to be out of danger

Three people, including a woman, were shot, tortured and injured by four gunmen in Bagwani Shomalli village of DI Khan on Monday. This was confirmed by a police official from Paharipura police station. While speaking to The Express Tribune, family members said four armed men entered their house and started torturing Ghulam Akbar, his sister Hayat Bibi, and his nephew Rahim*. The injured were rushed to the hospital in Paharipura where they are said to be out of danger. However, the suspects managed to escape. Akbar accused Qudos, Rauf, Ghafor and Faizullah of the attack. “One of the culprits, Ghafoor, had raped my nephew and are now trying to force us into a compromise,” he alleged. The search for the culprits continues.
