BANNU:
A boy died of measles after his condition deteriorated in Bannu on Thursday. At least 26 children have died of measles in less than a week in the area, health officials stated. The two-year-old boy, suffering from the disease, was shifted to Khalifa Gul Nawaz Medical Complex in Bannu. However, the hospital lacked medicines required for treatment. To save the boy’s life, the medical staff arranged medicines, but it was too late by that time.
