Sindh Police arrested on Wednesday the prime suspect named Rizwan Ayaz Khan who was on the run in a murder case.

According to police, a case has been registered against the fugitive and his wife Sonia at Frere Police Station, Karachi.

Body found in Delhi Colony may be mother of child ‘found’ at Do Darya

On May 25, four-year-old Rizwan had handed over Abdullah to officials at Edhi Centre in Clifton. He said he found the child at Do Darya. He submitted his overseas Pakistani identity card, NICOP, to the Edhi officers and mentioned a UAE address and contact details. Since then, the man was missing and his mobile phone was switched off.

The investigations took an ugly turn a day after when the police found a decomposed body inside a rented house in Clifton’s Delhi Colony and suspected that she may be Abdullah’s mother. “The neighbours found a woman’s body after they broke in,” Frere police SHO Chaudhry Latif told The Express Tribune.
