Ongoing operation: Rangers recover weapons in Landhi  

The weapons were hidden by the criminals during the Karachi operation and were recovered on a tip-off

KARACHI:
Continuing their operation against criminal and terrorist mafias in the city, the paramilitary Rangers claim to have recovered a huge cache of weapons in Landhi on Sunday.


According to the Rangers spokesperson, the weapons were buried at Inami Ground in Landhi Town. The recovered weapons included a light-machinegun, a G-3 rifle, four sub-machineguns, two 0.222 rifles, a grenade launcher with a hand grenade and nearly 923 ammunitions of different calibres. The weapons were hidden by the criminals during the Karachi operation and were recovered on a tip-off.
