Accident: Man killed in hit-and-run
The police have registered a case against the suspect and started investigation
ISLAMABAD:
A man was killed in a hit-and-run within the Shahzad Town police jurisdiction on Friday.
Liaquat Ali lodged a complaint with the police that a car (GA-830), driven by an unidentified man, hit his son while he was riding home and fled.
The boy was taken to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences where the doctors pronounced him dead. The police have registered a case against the driver. No arrest was made till the filing of this story.
Meanwhile, another man was shot and injured within the Shams Colony police jurisdiction on Friday.
Muhammad Siddique lodged a complaint with the local police that Muhammad Tariq shot his son outside their house and fled.
