At all cost: Dairy farmers to hold convention
He said that the promotion of the cottage industry is a must for growth of the national economy

The pressurising tactics to muzzle the voice of dairy farmers are highly condemnable and they would hold their convention in Karachi at every cost, said All Pakistan Organization of Small Traders and Cottage Industries (APOSTCI) Karachi Chapter President Mehmood Hamid. He said that the promotion of the cottage industry is a must for growth of the national economy. A convention has therefore, been planned at the Karachi Press Club (KPC) on May 26, 2016, said Hamid. “There is huge potential to double and even triple the production of milk and meat in Pakistan if the government shows sincerity and supports the dairy farming industry,” he said. The dairy farmers are ready to hold talks with the government, added Hamid.
