It’s Juggun Kazim’s turn to start thinking about our round of Toss Up; she’s done superbly,  as she graciously confesses to a lie she once told, shares a phobia and reveals what it is that she notices first about a person!

1. If you could meet anyone in the world dead or alive who would it be and what would you say to them?

I would love to meet the founder of Pakistan and tell him that I hope we can build the nation he initially dreamed of. One day, this will be ‘Quaid ka Pakistan’!

2. What do you think would be the hardest thing for you to give up on?

My show! I don’t think I’d ever want to give that up. It’s such a big part of my life and who I am.

3. If you could do anything or wish for anything that would come true, what would you wish for?

I would love to travel through time to experience history, art, and literature unfold — there is so much to learn and treasure from the past, from each culture and region!

4. What song is stuck in your head at this very moment?

Ho Mann Jahaan’s ‘Shakar Wandaan’ is on replay! It’s great to see Pakistani music being popular and catchy. Also on the list is ‘Happy’ by Pharrell Williams.

5. Tell me about someone you really admire?

I am an ardent fan of the late Maya Angelou, who dedicated her life to human rights and equality, and my aunt, Rehana Saigol, who is phenomenal and talented as well as a beautiful person.

6. If you have only six months to live, what would you do with the time?

Spend time with my family and make fun, loving memories — and probably take my whole family on a world tour. Also, I would secure my son’s future as much as possible.

7. What was the last lie you told?

I was meeting my friends for tea and I told them I had left but I was still at my house and not even dressed. Some days just don’t go your way at all.

8. What would you rather be ugly and live forever, or attractive and die in a year?

Attractive and die in a year, only because I really don’t want to live forever.

9. What is the strangest thing you have eaten?

Escargot — snails in a delicate butter and herb dressing! And I ate crocodile once… both tasted great.

10. Which famous person do people tell you that you most resemble?

I sometimes get Jessica Alba!

11. What’s an item of clothing thats been in your closet the longest?

A pair of Diesel jeans from college, I’ve had them for 15 years.

12. Who is your favourite comedian of all time?

Honestly, I love Tom Greene and Jim Carrey. I find them hilarious even though people might think they are gross. Another one of my favourites is Russell Peters.

13. What is your biggest phobia?

Cleanliness. I can’t handle dirty spaces; I stop breathing! I don’t mind messy, I can be messy myself sometimes – but I have the biggest issue with dirt.

14. Besides a phone, what do you always carry in your bag?

I carry a lip balm and my Hermès planner. I know people schedule appointments on their phones nowadays but I prefer paper, I’m really old school that way. I’ve always had a pen and some form of a diary in my bag.

15. What’s the first thing you notice about someone on the first meeting?

Teeth and shoes.

16. A country you would like to visit?

I’ve always wanted to travel to Australia.

17. What are you reading right now?

Honestly, all my scripts. Since Ramazan starts soon and I have my morning show, I haven’t been able to read much else. It’s really bothering me because I love reading.

18. Favourite movie of all time?

My Fair Lady.

19. Last photo in your camera roll?

The last outfit I wore on my show. Basically, every time I wear an outfit on my show I take a picture for the designer.
