KARACHI:
An anti-terrorism court allowed on Friday the anti-violent crime cell (AVCC) to interrogate Uzair Baloch, chief of the banned Peoples Amn Committee, in a 2012 murder case. The AVCC filed an application requesting they be allowed to interrogate Baloch, who is already in custody of law enforcement agencies. The investigator said Baloch was required to be interrogated in connection with the case in order to complete the investigation but the AVCC cannot do so since he is already arrested in other cases.
