Superintendents: Use of best practices stressed
Session courts’ superintendents must adopt and encourage best practices
Session courts’ superintendents must adopt and encourage best practices, while discouraging outdated practices to effectively manage the district courts.
This was said by Supreme Court of Pakistan Registrar Arbab Muhammad Arif on Saturday, according to a press release.
He was speaking at the closing ceremony of a week-long course, “How to be effective superintendents” at the police academy.
Arif said that to be more effective, the superintendents “must adopt and encourage the use of best practices and quit and discourage the use of outdated and ineffective practices.”
He encouraged the participants to share what they had learnt from the training with others.”
The training was tailor-made to the needs of the session court superintendents, who manage multiple areas as part of their work.
Participants belonged from all over Pakistan, including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
