Outlook: Economy back on track, says President Mamnoon

The president also praised the government’s measures to overcome energy shortages

LAHORE: President Mamnoon Hussain has expressed his satisfaction over the government’s successful economic policies and has stated that the country has now become an attractive business destination.

Speaking at the 9th Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Achievement Award ceremony, he said that the role of the business community is crucial for the country’s growth. He praised the government’s measures to overcome energy shortages that have brought the economy back on track.



Highlighting the contribution of the industrialists, the president pointed out that the accelerated growth has been achieved due to the cooperation of the business community.
