Cricket commentator Tony Cozier dies at 75

West Indian cricket commentator and writer Tony Cozier died on Wednesday at the age of 75 after an elongated illness, ESPN Cricinfo reported.
The veteran cricket journalist was admitted to a hospital in his home country Barbados on May 3 for tests related to infections in the neck and legs.
"Deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Tony Cozier today," the ICC said on Twitter. "One of the truly great voices of cricket. A huge loss for the cricket community."
Cozier began his career during Australia’s tour of West Indies in 1965 and over five decades became a seasoned media person across the world.
He also edited the West Indies Cricket Annual and wrote the book, The West Indies: 50 Years of Test Cricket.
