One piece three ways: Rema
We ask three fashionistas to put together an outfit using the same item from a designer’s collection
While trends fade, style remains eternal and one piece can be put together in many different ways. We ask three fashionistas to put together an outfit using the same item from a designer’s collection, according to their style and taste!
This headpiece from Rema’s ‘Aurora’ collection has a mystical feel to it with filigree and faceted stones. The inspiration behind the choice was to make the idea of wearing such statement headgear with ease and comfort. The designer aimed to create a versatile piece that can be worn in multiple ways, from a daytime event or to a night out!

I would describe my personal style as classic but contemporary. For this look, I wanted the focus to be on Rema’s headpiece and to make it more wearable, I opted for a black, cropped t-shirt from Zara and flared jeans from 7 For All Mankind. Arammish kept my makeup minimal while pinning my hair to the side with loose curls. I would sport this look to a brunch or an evening out!

About my personal style, I’m all about classic-chic — yet comfortable at the same time. I wanted this exquisite headpiece to be the star of my look, so I styled it with a black, peek-a-boo top from Zara and a Tarun Tahiliani skirt. My Manolo Blahnik pumps completed the look. I got my hair loosely pinned to the side from Sagar. For makeup I went for a natural, dewy look with red lips. I would wear this ensemble to a party!

I went for a monochrome look, understated yet impactful. So I paired this beautiful headpiece from Rema with black, flared trousers from French Connection, a black crop top and a white, button-down chiffon top from Zara. I tied my hair back to keep the emphasis entirely on the headpiece and applied red lipstick for a pop of colour. I would wear this attire to a formal daytime event or a dinner.
