Express May 05, 2010

RAWALPINDI: Rawalpindi Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on Wednesday rejected FIA’s request to put the proceedings on hold till the completion of inquiry in BB's murder case.

FIA had earlier sought time for further investigation in the case.

ATC Judge Ikram Nawaz rejected the plea and said that the case has been pending for several months.

The court also issued notices to witnesses and accused in the case.

A formal hearing of the case will start from May 19.
