The Bakery
A new e-bakery recently opened in Karachi and we couldn’t be more excited! From decadent cakes to the timeless chocolate brownie, The Bakery’s menu is certain to make your mouth water. We’re especially looking forward to trying the experimental Siracha and Caramel popcorn, an intriguing blend of flavours. To find out more, go through the menu or to place an order, find it on Facebook.com/TheBakeryPK
Phulkari
It’s no secret that the buzzing topic around town is lawn, and the much-awaited Phulkari Lawn just recently hit the stores! The colours are vibrant, the clothes are wearable, and the high quality, premium lawn is extremely affordable. You can visit one of the outlets all over Pakistan, or check the brand out on www.phulkari.com.pk or Facebook.com/Phulkari-by-Taana-Baana for further information.
Pink Ribbon Pakistan
Pink Ribbon Pakistan is a non-funded, self-sustained campaign. Its aim is to create awareness throughout Pakistan and empower women to detect breast cancer at an early stage. It recently designed a bra especially for women from lower socio-economic backgrounds — the Pink Bra comes with strategically placed pockets, so when a woman slips in money (an observed everyday action), the raised tactile areas direct her to the exact spots to press, in order to self-examine. If she spots something unusual, she can call the Pink Ribbon hotline for free expert advice. Follow the movement at #giveapinkbra or visit giveapinkbra.com to learn more about the cause.
Clayworks
Ceramics at its finest! Clayworks Pakistan’s vibrant designs are always eye-catching and striking. From the personalised name mugs to the classic tea sets, the design house is always bringing innovation to the timeless craft of ceramic manufacturing and design. We are especially excited about the new collection, out across Pakistan soon! Check it out on www.clayworks.com or visit it on Facebook.com/ClayworksPakistan for more information.
Vintage Home Art by Ayesha’s Atelier
If you are looking for exquisite pieces of crockery in Pakistan, Vintage Home Art has you sorted! It offers a wide variety of antique cake stands, cupcake stands, dessert pedestals, and vintage chinaware. What makes it even more special is the fact that each piece has a different story to tell, as mentioned by Ayesha on the website. Vintage Home Art has made it to Etsy! Visit www.vintagehomeart.etsy.com or go to Facebook.com/AyeshasAtelier for more information.
