We have seen Bollywood beauty Shraddha Kapoor display her singing prowess in films such as Haider and Aashiqui 2 already. Now, the actor claims she will be singing all of her songs for the upcoming film, Rock On!! 2 as well, reported The Indian Express. Kapoor has joined the second instalment of the 2008 musical drama Rock On!! which featured actors Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal, Prachi Desai and Purab Kohli.
The 27-year-old Shraddha broke the news during an interactive fan chat on Twitter, wherein she was asked if she would be voicing any of the tracks for her forthcoming film. In response, the Ek Villain star said, “Yes, I will be signing all of my songs for #RockOn2.” The actor went on to reveal that she would like to work with actors such as Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor in the near future.
‘Singing is in the Chopra blood’
The film is being directed by Shujaat Saudagar and is slated to release on November 11 this year. It will see Farhan, Arjun, Prachi and Purab reprise their roles from the first instalment, with Shraddha being the new entry. In the meantime, she will next be seen opposite Heropanti actor Tiger Shroff in Baaghi, which comes out on April 19. “I hope people enjoy #Baaghi. We have worked really hard on it,” tweeted Shraddha.
